District/Community Nurse - Wound Care, Auckland

We are looking for experienced registered nurses to join the expanding and dedicated team of community wound care nurses at one of New Zealand’s top quality home healthcare providers.

 

The successful candidate will be highly experienced and clinically confident with a great attitude and have excellent wound care knowledge or experience, ideally from a community or district nursing background. 

 

This role allows you to work autonomously, visiting patients in their homes and applying your practical nursing knowledge, assessment skills, case management, and patient education. You will also develop positive working relationships with GP practices and other referrers.
